8-24-2008 Meet

Meet went well we met at Justin’s fathers and ordered pizza and played pool. This meet had great attendance as well with only one member being absent. Important topics that were covered are as follows:

*T-Shirts are finally in the making with a due date of 1st week of September. We are getting Black and White with Silver and Charcoal colored font.

*We are going to be introducing contest and other fun activities to the club. The first contest is a photo contest. I have already made a post of all the details within the members "Happenings" section.

*New policy for prospects has been created, Once a prospect shows interest in the club they will pay there fees for Sticker, Shirt and first months dues up front. This way if they get voted in they will be able to get everything they need quicker and on time. If the prospect decides to no longer petition or isn’t voted in then they will be refunded 100% there total amount paid to the club.

*BIG thanks to Justins dad for letting us have our meets at his house. Makes for a really fun and relaxed setting.
